Classic.com is seeking a sales leader to help build and grow our Franchise Dealer Accounts business. This role is responsible for developing the strategy, playbook, and partnerships necessary to acquire and expand relationships with franchise dealerships, dealer groups, and large multi-store independent dealers.
What You’ll Own
- Help build the end-to-end sales strategy for franchise stores, dealer groups, and multi-store independents.
- Develop repeatable sales processes, KPIs, forecasting methods, and pipeline management for large dealer accounts.
- Open new major accounts using your existing relationships within the franchise and dealer group ecosystem.
- Execute full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, presentations, multi-stakeholder navigation, negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with product and leadership teams to influence roadmap needs for high-value dealer integrations.
- Represent Classic.com at conferences, industry events, and dealer group leadership meeting if necessary.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and where Classic.com delivers differentiated value.
What You Bring
- 5+ years selling technology or marketing solutions into auto dealerships (e.g., third-party listing platforms, DMS/CRM providers, digital retailing tools, data platforms).
- Proven experience selling into franchise stores and dealer groups at a senior level.
- A strong network of dealer principals, GSMs, group leaders, and OEM relationships that you can activate immediately.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise or major account sales with long sales cycles and multi-layer decision makers.
- Thrives on calling 50+ dealers a day.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with willingness to execute hands-on in the early stages.
- Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to earn trust quickly with high-profile clients.
