OREMOR Automotive Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Executive Director of Marketing to lead enterprise-wide marketing across our dealership portfolio. This executive leader will drive brand growth, customer acquisition and retention, marketing performance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive vehicle sales, fixed operations growth, and customer retention.
Lead brand, digital, social media, event, and community engagement initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets, analytics, vendors, and agency partnerships to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with executives, dealership leaders, and OEM partners on strategic initiatives.
Support acquisitions, new dealership launches, remodels, and market expansion efforts.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
Proven success in managing multi-location or multi-brand marketing programs.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, CRM/CDP platforms, customer acquisition, and brand strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, budgeting, and relationship management skills.
Automotive retail or dealership group experience required.
