Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Controller to support the accounting and financial operations of multiple dealership rooftops. This role is ideal for candidates early in their accounting or automotive finance career who are looking to grow into a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple dealership locations
- Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts in accordance with dealership and OEM standards
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Assist with vehicle inventory accounting, including flooring, reconciliations, and audits
- Partner with dealership leadership to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Help prepare reports for management, ownership, and external partners
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or in progress)
- Entry-level to 3 years of accounting or dealership accounting experience
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Desire to learn dealership accounting and grow into increased responsibility
