CLASSIC.COM is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our dealer network and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the specialty car industry and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
This full-time remote position is open to US-based candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Establish Contacts: Proactively identify and establish relationships with potential dealer partners, introducing them to the benefits of partnering with CLASSIC.COM
- Demonstrate Value: Schedule and conduct emails, phone calls, video meetings and/or in-person visits to showcase the value and competitive advantages of becoming a dealer partner with CLASSIC.COM
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer clients to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Follow industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for potential sales and expansion.
- Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to recommend targeted strategies for specific regions or demographics to optimize outreach efforts.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Technically savvy – you will be selling a technology product with new features launching regularly!
- Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and Google Suite products
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
