Job Description:

Dealer Pay is looking for multiple, ambitious Sales Directors and an experienced Sales Manager/Trainer to join our dynamic sales team. Our ideal candidates have a true hunter mentality and enjoy communicating with automotive dealers to bring awareness about our innovative solutions. We offer unlimited earning potential, territory ownership, and residual income to change the game for our elite sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

Travel required
Product and market expertise
Hunter mentality
Cold calling
Relationship management
Generate new sales opportunities and grow install base in territory
Schedule appointments / run your own product demos
Exhibit professionalism in the presentations of our products and services. Be a strong closer. Maintain relationships with our clients ongoing
Attend and represent Dealer Pay at industry conferences, trade shows, and meetings
Stay up to date with industry changes, product adjustments, and client relationships
Manage expenses and monthly reporting
Prioritize confidentiality of Dealer Pay and clients

Requirements:

Strong salesmanship, professionalism, and closing capabilities
Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
Open to training, willingness to continually adapt and improve
Communicative and collaborative with sales team and clients
