Who is Dealer Advantage Group? A collection of automotive dealership industry experts (former GM's, F&I Directors, National Lender Veterans) with only one collective goal:
To change the lives of our dealership clients.
How do we do this? We provide high-level custom consulting and advising services to dealerships with at least 50 vehicles in stock. We simply do everything for our clients including process training, F&I and Sales training, GM/GSM mentorship/leadership training, compliance consulting, recruiting, pay plan development, reinsurance structures, software, and F&I programs.
Dealer Advantage Group has created proprietary systems and processes through a collaboration of our experience, our clients, and Sandler-based training systems.
The role:
Current clients - To take your experience and our training and systems and provide world-class advising to our clients, regardless of size.
Prospective clients - You will hunt for new clients...a lot of it. We will help you.
The pay:

Is it hard? You will work more hours, more days, than you ever have if you are currently or previously been in retail. You are essentially "starting over" with us and your career. Again, we will help you. And no offense, you don't know as much as you think you do and you aren't as good as you think you are. Want to prove us wrong? Fly to our office in Westfield and role-play with us. We mean it.
