Account Executive – Brooklyn, NY (In-Person)
Full-Time | $65–$70K Base + Uncapped Commission
Lectrium is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing team in Brooklyn. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for someone who can own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching, to closing and growing key accounts — with a focus on both individual dealership rooftops all the way up to the top 150 Auto Groups.

What You'll Do
- Drive net-new revenue by originating and closing SaaS sales with dealerships across the U.S.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to demo, proposal, and signed agreement
- Build strategic partnerships with OEMs and key players in the dealership ecosystem
- Own relationships from the first touch through long-term success
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to refine our sales playbook and GTM strategy
What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)
- Close multiple rooftops per month
- Independently take deals from first outreach to close
- Build a healthy pipeline of dealership and OEM prospects
- Show strong product understanding and ability to speak to dealership pain points
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in either automotive or SaaS sales (both is a major plus)
- Background in digital marketing is a bonus
- You thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Based in or able to relocate to Brooklyn, NY — this is an in-person role
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65–$70K
