If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Account Executive for TOFF Spray On Bedliners. We’re seeking a results-driven professional who currently resides in Dallas and specializes in optimizing and elevating existing dealership programs.
Position Overview
As an Account Executive, you’ll be fully focused on maximizing the performance of our current dealership partnerships by ensuring operational excellence and consistently high take rates. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts—guiding them through ongoing performance assessments and process improvements for our bedliner profit centers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at strengthening existing relationships over time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Optimization
- Analyze existing dealerships’ program data, identifying areas for improvement and underperformance.
- Develop and execute customized action plans to boost program performance and increase revenue.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure each dealership’s bedliner operations are running efficiently.
2. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership management teams, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships in your portfolio, addressing questions, concerns, and new opportunities for growth.
3. Strategic Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate “relaunches” or renewed focus efforts, including scheduling technicians to address operational improvements or enclosure upgrades for existing dealership partners.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet established revenue targets within your existing accounts.
4. Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback, sharing insights to help improve product offerings and services.
- Communicate dealership needs and potential enhancements to leadership for continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, with a strong preference for automotive or dealership-related experience.
- Deep understanding of dealership operations, including fixed ops, finance, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Willingness to travel throughout the country as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must currently reside in Dallas and be authorized to work in the U.S.
