Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. Someone who understands how to manage multiple brand voices, collaborate with creators, and consistently produce scroll-stopping social posts that connect. You’ll be responsible for overseeing and growing the social media presence of dealership clients across the country—working hand-in-hand with our in-house creative team and a network of on-the-ground content creators to ensure each brand shines online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) for multiple dealership clients
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and dealerships to ensure all content is polished, on-brand, and trend-relevant
- Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and post strategies tailored to each dealership’s audience
- Monitor performance and engagement, and provide reporting and insights
- Stay up to date with platform trends, viral formats, and shifts in digital behavior—CarLife is always ahead of the curve
- Be the digital voice of some of the most well-known automotive brands in the U.S.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of social media management experience (agency or automotive is a bonus)
- Deep understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms
- Skilled at writing sharp, on-brand copy that feels authentic and fun
- Highly organized and confident juggling multiple accounts
- Collaborative, energetic, and always ready to pitch a new idea
- A love for cars and the automotive world is a big plus
