We're looking for a seasoned Media Buyer who lives and breathes performance marketing, with deep expertise in Instagram and TikTok ads. You’ve managed at least $500,000 in paid ad spend, know how to scale brands profitably, and can interpret data like a second language. This is not a beginner role — we need a tactician and strategist who can drive revenue, lower CAC, and adapt rapidly to changes in platform algorithms.
You will be working along side multiple car dealerships and brokers around the country using creative we've already made, along with extra creative for different campaigns.
🚀 Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Instagram and TikTok (primarily Reels & TikToks).
- Analyze performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, MER) and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief and iterate ad creatives that convert.
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes, trends, and creative formats that drive lower CPMs and better engagement.
- Build and report on ad performance dashboards weekly and monthly.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum $500K in tracked ad spend across Instagram and TikTok campaigns.
- Proven ability to scale ad accounts profitably from $50/day to $5,000+/day budgets.
- Deep understanding of platform nuances (e.g., TikTok creative fatigue, IG hook-first structure, etc.).
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, attribution, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to communicate performance clearly, with both creative and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion, etc.
- Familiarity with third-party tracking tools or creative testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with video ads and creative testing formats.
