Dealer Pay is looking for a talented and creative marketing assistant responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team. This person will perform tasks such as: data analysis, content creation, graphic design, managing social media, coordinating campaigns, promoting events, and assisting with the development and execution of marketing materials, all while closely collaborating with the marketing team to achieve brand awareness and campaign goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content creation: Writing blog posts, social media captions, powerpoints, email newsletters, and other marketing copy.
- Social media management: scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring social media analytics
- Campaign execution: Assisting with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, managing marketing calendar and promoting across various channels like email and social media
- Data analysis: Tracking campaign performance metrics, generating reports on key indicators like website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement
- Graphic design: Creating visuals for marketing materials like brochures, flyers, ads and presentations
- Event promoting: Coordinating calendar to promote events, webinars, and podcasts
- Administrative tasks: Managing marketing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong graphic design portfolio
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social media dashboards, Zoho CRM, project management software, email marketing software)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location: Remote
Hours: 9-5pm CST Mon-Friday
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually, with bonus opportunites
