Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Retail Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is critical in shaping our online presence and driving retail marketing initiatives that align with our brands vision and sales goals.
As a team member, you will be responsible for driving qualified website traffic and implementing effective customer acquisition strategies. Your duties will include managing web content, executing marketing campaigns, and optimizing lead generation. Additionally, you must monitor performance, plan website traffic, advertise on social media, and collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve our business goals.
We require a candidate who has a good understanding of SEO/SEM, Email, social media, database marketing and display advertising and is able to ensure compliance with manufacturers' guidelines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving website traffic and implementing successful customer acquisition strategies across various digital platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years of experience in Automotive Marketing (Tier 3 experience highly desired)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audience
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Data Studio, and similar reporting platforms
- Office Suite Proficiency: Google Workspace
- Facebook/Social Media Advertising: 3 years (minimum)
- Advanced skills in Excel, Pivot tables, and data analytics
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaboration Tools: Experience with collaboration and project management software likeMonday.com
- CRM Software: Understanding of Customer Relationship Management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive database marketing strategy for sales and service, including mining opportunities, private offers, and service campaigns. Create and implement a personalized customer journey communication plan, which includes one-on-one communication with sales representatives.
- Digital Campaigns: Oversee and execute all digital advertising campaigns for assigned brand(s). Optimize ongoing marketing campaigns by monitoring performance, conducting A/B and multivariate tests to maximize conversions.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize our online content for search engines (SEO) and manage
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
- Websites: Regularly update Dealership websites, digital assets, and brand product catalogs. Oversee and update the Dealership website, including: Lead generation, Leader images, Specials, Hours, Landing page creation, Inventory management, Stakeholder feedback and comments.
- Email Marketing: Strategize and manage email marketing campaigns. Write copy, monitor their performance, and optimize based on analytics.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and use these insights to guide future strategies. Evaluate digital lead generation performance across different platforms.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the automotive industry and incorporate these insights into our marketing plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach. Collaborate with the Brand Creative Director and CMO to develop a plan for integrating additional media channels into their existing mix.
- Build Industry Relationships: Forge connections with leaders in the automotive sector, enhancing our brand's reach and presence.
- Management: Manage marketing vendors and digital agencies. Work with cross-functional partners to develop and complete projects.
