Job Summary: The Automotive Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales across our automotive product lines. This role will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals and target key consumer segments.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, measuring effectiveness and adjusting tactics as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
