Position Summary:
The Ron Marhofer Auto Family is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paycom Specialist to manage and optimize our payroll and HRIS functions within the Paycom platform. This role will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee data integrity, and supporting HR-related processes for our dynamic team of automotive professionals across our dealerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and experience in using Paycom, a solid understanding of payroll regulations, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in the automotive retail sector is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all Paycom-related inquiries from employees and managers across the Ron Marhofer Auto Family.
- Support the full payroll cycle for multiple dealership locations, including processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of employee data (new hires, terminations, changes), and verifying timekeeping records.
- Administer and maintain the Paycom HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all entities within the auto family.
- Configure and manage Paycom modules, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, performance management, and onboarding.
- Process garnishments, deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for the entire auto family, providing insights and identifying potential discrepancies across locations.
- Stay up to date on Federal, State, and Local payroll laws and regulations, as well as Paycom system updates.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to streamline HR processes and ensure seamless integration with the Paycom system across all dealerships.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and reconciliation within the Paycom platform for all employees.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers at various locations on Paycom system usage and payroll-related procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Paycom system issues and payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner for all employees.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records and documentation for the entire auto family.
- Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and testing related to Paycom.
- Assist with audits and compliance reporting as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
