Your Mission as F&I Sales Leader
As our F&I Sales Leader, you’ll:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of F&I Managers across multiple locations, driving performance and accountability.
- Drive Performance: Own the company’s F&I targets and PVR performance, ensuring the team exceeds goals.
- Develop Talent: Cultivate future leaders through hands-on coaching, succession planning, and skill development.
- Champion Compliance: Be the group’s compliance expert, maintaining 100% regulatory adherence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with General Managers and Sales leaders to deliver seamless, guest-first experiences.
- Lead with Data: Use tools like Dealertrack, PayCom and ComplyAuto to monitor performance, compliance, and growth.
- Approachability & Process Orientation: Be a supportive, process-driven leader who champions collaboration and compliance.
