We’re looking for a Founding Product Lead to join us.
About the Role: Founding Product Lead
The ask is to understand the most pressing needs of the customers and to make sure that those needs are met.

Responsibilities
- Product Discovery: Talk to customers. All the time. Find out what they want.
- Roadmap Planning: Propose and plan new features, validate ideas and back everything with data.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering, support and sales teams to ship, test and improve
- Ownership: Ideation to launch, managing prioritization, timelines, and quality. Own it.
- Data Keeper: Analyze product performance, user feedback, and trends to continuously refine and improve our offering.
- Defend the customer: Furiously advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are the essence of everything we build.
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Write compelling messaging and materials that showcase our unique value proposition.
- Documentation & Case Studies: Write product updates, case studies and internal notes.

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or the automotive industry.
- A track record of launching successful products from ideation to scale.
- Being able to write well and write clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with AI products and the ability to work with AI/ML teams.
- Expertise in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar platforms).
Nice-to-Haves
- Write code: Find answers on your own
- Automotive Experience: Understanding of dealership operations and pain points.
- Startup Experience: Know what being scrappy is like
Location
Remote or San Francisco is equally preferred. Our office is located in the Dogpatch neighborhood, and if remote, we will fly you to our office as needed.
