Performance Expectations & Compensation
Salary: The Sales Consultant will be paid on a salary basis by the Ron Marhofer Auto Family at a daily rate determined by the number of units delivered by the Sales Consultant in the prior month. Pay day will be the 15th and the 30th. Each Sales Consultant will be paid the greater of $3000.00 for the first 3 months of employment ($2000.00 beginning the fourth month) or a rate of $150.00 in salary for every unit delivered in the prior month by the Sales Consultant plus bonuses earned as outlined below calculated daily based on the number of working days in the current month.
Volume Bonus: The Sales Consultant will also receive an additional $50.00 in salary in the current month for every prior month unit sold by him/her provided they deliver 15 units or more in prior month.
Finance Bonus: The Sales Consultant will also receive an additional $50.00 in salary in the current month for every prior month unit sold by him/her that is financed by the dealership.
Lease Bonus: The Sales Consultant will also receive an additional $50.00 in salary in the current month for every prior month unit sold by him/her that is leased by the dealership.
ESC Bonus: The Sales Consultant will also receive an additional $75.00 in salary in the current month for every prior month Extended Service Contract purchased, at time of delivery, on every unit sold by him/her.
Product Bonus: The Sales Consultant will also receive an additional $25.00 in salary in the current month for each prior month “Additional Product” purchased, at time of delivery, on every unit delivered by him/her. “Additional Product” includes GAP Insurance, Credit Life/Disability Insurance, Wear & Tear, Tire & Wheel, Fabric & Paint protection, and/or Allstate Complete Protection coverage.
Training: It is expected that you complete 100% of all OEM and / or RMAF training requirements each month by the 23rd of the same month (unless the 23rd is not realistic due to OEM and RMAF requirements).
Base Expectations: The Sales Consultant is expected to deliver a minimum of 16 vehicles per month while maintaining a $1600.00 or greater average Finance PRU per unit delivered. CSI 2% or greater than national average, and 100% completion of manufacturer training.
Upon Termination: As all compensation from previous months sales is calculated to a daily rate in the current month and not a monthly commitment. Salesperson will only be paid for days worked in the current month calculated at the daily rate.
