About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to fuel our rapid growth.
As an SDR at Toma, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our innovative AI solutions. Your role will involve prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support our sales team and drive Toma's growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential car dealership customers through outbound methods like email campaigns, cold calling, and social media
- Qualify leads to determine if Toma is right for them
- Set up appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and Toma's product offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects
Requirements
- Excitement for AI and its place in the automotive industry
- An inherent ability to think outside the box constantly
- Strong drive with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets
- Passion and guts for talking to (and getting roasted by) customers
- Experience with SaaS products and general tech-savviness
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Location
Remote or San Francisco is equally preferred. Our office is located in the Dogpatch neighborhood. If remote, we will fly you to our office quarterly.

Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000 on-target earnings and additional discretionary incentives
