The role
You're the person who actually fixes it. A dealer calls in — a Facebook campaign stopped spending, a conversion stopped firing, a form on the new site isn't sending leads. You pick up the phone, diagnose it, and resolve it. You're technical enough to work inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GTM/GA, and our site tooling — and you're comfortable enough on a call with a dealer GM or marketing director to explain what happened and what you did about it.
What you'll do
• Execute technical tasks across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and our website stack
• Take dealer calls when CSMs escalate — diagnose, resolve, and close the loop
• Own pixel, conversion, and tracking setup for new and existing clients
• Build and QA campaigns alongside the media team
• Troubleshoot website issues — forms, speed, analytics, basic CMS edits
• Document recurring issues so we build a real playbook (not tribal knowledge)
You are
• 2+ years hands-on in paid media ops, digital ad ops, or technical client support at an agency
• Fluent in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — you can build, edit, and troubleshoot without a wiki
• Comfortable with GTM, GA4, and basic HTML/CSS for website tweaks
• Calm on the phone. Dealers call when things are on fire — you're the person who makes it okay.
• Organized. Tickets don't fall through the cracks on your watch.
• Automotive or agency background is a big plus

Compensation
Competitive base plus a small performance-tied variable. Details shared on the first call so you can make an informed decision.
