The role
Run Client Services as a function. Two CSMs today carry the book. We're scaling aggressively toward a full client-services bench. Your job: get us there without breaking the thing that's working.
You'll own
• The CSM team (2 today, growing to 8) — hiring, coaching, performance management
• Net revenue retention as your primary KPI
• The client services playbook: onboarding, QBRs, escalation, save plays
• Cross-functional work with media ops and sales leadership
• Partnering with the founder on pricing, packaging, and upsell motion
You are
• 5+ years in agency ops, client success leadership, or dealership marketing ops
• Have built or scaled a CSM / AM function before — done it, not just read about it
• Comfortable with the risk/reward trade and with the transparency of it
• Low drama, high accountability. You lead from the front.
• Florida-based, ideally
