Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GM standards and service procedures
- Monitor KPIs and drive profitability through effective leadership
Requirements:
- GM Certification (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of automotive service managerexperience
- Proven track record of department growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
