What You’ll Do
- Set the Vision: Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department, driving results through strategic planning.
- Build a Winning Team: Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of parts department staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Maximize Profitability: Maintain a balanced inventory, establish smart pricing strategies, and develop an aggressive wholesale parts program to ensure strong returns on investment.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure top-tier service for internal (service/body shop) and external customers, maintaining loyalty and efficiency.
- Track and Optimize: Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly, utilizing daily reports (e.g., DOC, sales productivity) and lost sales tracking to stay ahead.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with the service and body shop managers to ensure timely parts delivery for internal jobs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership: 2-4 years of parts management experience or equivalent education/training, with a track record of driving profit and performance.
- Customer-First Mindset: Outstanding leadership skills focused on treating customers and employees with respect.
