The Field Development Specialist supports our sales team and dealers by providing support and training while in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support all assigned client training requests
- Lead sessions that teach the SMARTPAY sales process as a Subject Matter
- Ride-along and in-dealership coaching sessions
- One-Day/Half-Day Training Events
- Virtual Training
- Training liaison to field team
- Reports to National Sales Director
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Trainer and/or F&I Manager
- 3+ years of Automotive Industry Experience
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80% or more
- Problem solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to use multiple platforms to deliver content remotely
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in US
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Compensation Package
• Base plus bonus
