The Field Development Specialist supports our sales team and dealers by providing support and training while in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

Support all assigned client training requests
Lead sessions that teach the SMARTPAY sales process as a Subject Matter
Ride-along and in-dealership coaching sessions
One-Day/Half-Day Training Events
Virtual Training
Training liaison to field team
Reports to National Sales Director

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Trainer and/or F&I Manager
3+ years of Automotive Industry Experience
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80% or more
Problem solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to use multiple platforms to deliver content remotely
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Must be authorized to work in US
Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Compensation Package

• Base plus bonus
