We’re looking to hire a Founding Head of Sales.
You must be tried, tested, and ready to close new customers and simultaneously manage offshore SDR operations.
You will operate as a sales generalist alongside our CEO, doing everything you can to help us grow our customer base from double to quadruple digits this year.
Responsibilities
- Help us 10x+ ARR in 2025 through direct selling and team leadership
- Build/manage offshore SDR team of 3-5 reps
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos
- Develop sales playbook and processes
- Define sales metrics and reporting
- Create forecasting methodology
- Own revenue pipeline and targets
Required Qualifications
- Track record of excellence
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in automotive or AI
- Experience building and leading teams
- History of consistent quota achievement (>120%)
- Strong demo and sales methodology expertise
- Technical aptitude to sell AI solutions
Compensation
Base salary (see range) + 5-10% Sourced ACV Performance Incentive + 0.01% to 0.30% equity
