As the Variable Sales Director, you will oversee all aspects of the variable operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. Your leadership will be critical in guiding our sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize new car sales and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the fixed operations team to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to align with market demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in automotive variable operations (Chevrolet experience preferred but not required).

- Knowledge of dealership management software (DMS) and sales reporting tools.
