One Auction View LLC is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial-minded Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a background in sales and an interest in the automotive industry, especially in dealership services and digital innovation. As a Sales Representative for One Auction View, you will focus on promoting our SaaS products, including the Inventory Report Card (IRC), which provides valuable insights to dealerships nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and secure new independent and franchise dealerships to expand our client base.
Present and demo the One Auction View SaaS platform, highlighting features such as the IRC, load board, auction search capabilities, and more.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an understanding of dealership needs and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales pitches and address any client questions or concerns.

Compensation Structure:

Commission-Based: Receive competitive commissions on each sale, with additional incentives for high-performing representatives.
Earning Potential: No cap on earnings—your success drives your income.

Requirements:

Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales (automotive industry knowledge is a plus).
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to present and explain technical products clearly.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products and comfortable learning new platforms.
