Paul Clark Ford is a family-owned Ford dealership proudly serving Yulee, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Jacksonville, and surrounding Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia communities since 1993. We are looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to build long-term relationships and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Build relationships with customers in-person, over the phone, text, email, and online
- Follow up promptly with internet leads, showroom traffic, phone calls, and previous customers
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product presentations
- Perform test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Present pricing, financing options, trade evaluations, and purchase paperwork professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in CRM software
- Stay up to date on Ford products, incentives, programs, and market trends
- Work closely with management and the finance department to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Prospect for new business through referrals, social media, community involvement, and repeat business
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, texting, and social media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
