What You’ll Do:
- Transition into leadership: Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to crush monthly goals
- Desk deals and expertly structure financing to maximize profit and close rates
- Oversee F&I processes and ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Help drive dealership sales, CSI scores, and overall performance
Ideal Candidate – Is This You?
- Current salesperson or sales leader ready for the next phase of your career
- Strong desking experience and finance/F&I knowledge (highly preferred or required)
- Proven track record of high sales performance and closing ability
- Natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and driving results
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
