We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our business office operations and help drive financial accuracy, accountability, and team performance across our dealerships.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and building strong processes — while also developing people.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee daily accounting operations
- Manage and mentor office staff (AR, AP, titling, billing, payroll coordination)
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Oversee deal posting, funding, and reconciliation processes
- Manage manufacturer receivables and incentives
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Partner with Managing Partners and department managers to improve reporting visibility
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years dealership accounting experience
- Strong understanding of automotive DMS systems (Dealertrack experience preferred)
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional, positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly with leadership and department managers
