Compensation: Starting at $75,000 / Year Salary + Recurring Commission
(Long term earning potential of $120,000+ / Year)
Client Success Managers are the liaisons between the agency and its clients. They are the primary point of contact handling all the daily interactions, managing the projects, maintaining client retention, reviewing/assessing client’s progress and offering recommendations based on results, and fixing any issues that arise. They are committed to providing the BEST quality of service to its clients.
As a Client Success Manager, you’re the agency’s representative, the project manager, and a coach. We are NOT looking for someone who caters to clients without determining if it’s the best interest for them. We are looking for someone who is willing to say “no” and coach them to the best course of action.
This Role Entails:
- Managing up to 35 clients, serving as the primary point of contact via email, call, text, and video meetings
- Maintaining and building client relationships based on high quality service, expectation setting and coaching
- Managing the entire client life cycle, including kick off calls, launch calls, check ins, billing, and offboarding calls
- Collecting client feedback and passing it along to the team to drive constant improvement
- Coaching our clients and their sales teams, making sure they are managing & following up with leads and scheduling & confirming appointments
- Working closely with the Fulfillment team
- Upselling and asking for referrals and testimonials from clients

- Data Driven - you are able to use data to diagnose client problems and deliver accurate solutions
Required Experience:
- Must have experience in a management position at a car dealership, or as an account manager for a digital marketing agency or coaching business.
- At least 2 years of digital marketing / social media marketing agency experience
- At least 2 years of automotive experience
