Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a Locally Owned and Operated Family Dealership seeking a high-performing, results-driven Finance Manager to join our sales leadership team. This is a prime opportunity to build and scale a finance department in one of Charleston’s fastest-growing markets, in a brand-new dealership with a high-volume sales operation and a strong commitment to transparency, structure, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is experienced, disciplined, customer-focused, and confident navigating a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present financing and aftermarket options to customers in a clear, compliant, and ethical manner
- Secure approvals and funding through a strong network of lender relationships
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge of protection products, warranty, maintenance, and GAP offerings
- Maximize PVR, product penetration, and finance reserve while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction
- Accurately complete contracts and paperwork, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and dealership requirements
- Collaborate with the sales desk and BDC to maintain a fast, seamless sales-to-F&I process
- Monitor and report on finance metrics, CITs, chargebacks, and product performance
- Assist in the training of sales staff on finance process, compliance, and product presentation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Finance Manager experience in a high-volume franchise dealership
- Proven success with product sales, PVR performance, and lender relations
- Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (SC DMV, federal lending laws, Red Flags, etc.)
- CDK DMS experience preferred; RouteOne, Dealertrack, and Darwin familiarity a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and documentation habits
- Ability to operate with transparency, integrity, and professionalism
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
