Key Responsibilities:
As a Used Car Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the department’s success. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Vehicle acquisition, appraising, and wholesaling
- Training and hiring of team members
- Desking deals and managing customer transactions
- Lead follow-up and CRM management
- Promoting strong team communication and collaboration

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of appraising, inventory, and deal structuring
