We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and consistently delivers $2,500 to $3,000+ per copy.
Position Summary
As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our dealership's sales efforts by securing financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring every deal is structured for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. This is a results-driven position for individuals who want to be a part of something bigger and make their mark within a company destined for rapid national growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure financing for customers through a wide range of lenders while maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Present and sell a full suite of aftermarket and protection products with transparency and value.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the sales team to structure deals that are profitable and customer-focused.
- Maintain consistent performance of $2,500–$3,000 per copy, with a sharp focus on PVR, product penetration, and CSI scores.
- Accurately and efficiently finalize all paperwork, contracts, and delivery documentation.
- Train and coach sales staff on finance products and best practices to support a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date with current finance programs, lender guidelines, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding $2,500+ per copy consistently.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager in a high-volume dealership.
- Excellent knowledge of lending practices, deal structure, and compliance standards.
- Strong closing and menu presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and competitive with a team-player attitude.
- Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar F&I platforms.
- Strong ethical foundation and dedication to customer satisfaction.
