Job Summary:
As the F&I Manager, you will be responsible for managing the dealership’s finance and insurance operations. Your primary goal is to present financing options and aftermarket products to customers while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You’ll work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present financing, leasing, and aftermarket products in a transparent, professional manner
- Secure financing through a wide range of lender relationships
- Maintain a high PVR (Per Vehicle Retailed) while protecting CSI and compliance
- Review credit applications and structure deals for optimal lender approval
- Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory requirements (FTC, DMV, SAFEGUARDS, etc.)
- Submit and finalize deals accurately and efficiently with lenders and internal departments
- Train and support sales team in deal structuring and compliance
- Maintain clean and accurate documentation for all transactions
Qualifications:
- Manager or equivalent role in a dealership setting
- Proven track record of high PVR, product penetration, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of lender programs and deal structuring
- Excellent communication, closing, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar platforms
- Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical standards
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages)
- Certified in compliance or F&I-specific training programs
