Large volume metro Toyota dealership seeks a Pre-Owned Sales Director to manage our pre-owned inventory and motivate our talented team of professionals.
Our facility has a stand alone preowned super store that can stock over 75 Used Cars indoor and full parking outside for 100+ more.
The Pre-Owned Director ensures the profitability of the pre-owned sales department by increasing sales volume, managing pre-owned turn, reconditioning, acquisition and overseeing the entire business from start to finish.

Our store averages 250 New Toyota's sold per month.
Over the past 3 years our store has averaged 170 Used sold per month. Previous to that we averaged 150 Used Sold per month.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership and a vision to drive the business to exceed 200 Used Sold Per Month.
What this Individual Will Bring -
· Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a dealership.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong collaboration skills – can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams
· Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
· Ability to understand profit and loss statements
· Understanding of inventory control
· Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
· Professional appearance and strong work ethic
· Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
· Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
