What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of service and reconditioning departments to maximize sales and efficiency.
- Partner with the General Manager to set policies that boost profitability and competitiveness.
- Build strong vendor relationships to ensure top-quality operations.
- Inspire and develop managers and associates for career growth.
- Maintain and procure dealership equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with marketing to create high-impact campaigns.
- Travel occasionally for store visits, seminars, and training, delivering detailed reports.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A dynamic leader with 5+ years of experience as a Retail Automotive Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Master Technician.
- Proven success in automotive service or reconditioning management.
- Exceptional communicator with skills in writing reports, correspondence, and manuals.
- Strategic thinker who can evaluate plans, control costs, and improve quality.
- Ready to relocate or already based in beautiful Central Florida.
