The Bedard Bros Auto Sales is looking for a SALES MANAGER who will be responsible for leading the their stores sales efforts and maximizing sales opportunities by planning, organizing, and controlling the entire sales operation. This full-time position is based in Cheshire, MA.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time base + commission sales position with an expected income range of $100,000 to $150,000+ per year, paid on a weekly basis + monthly commissions. Responsibilities
- Oversee the individual team members and sales processes, including online chats, email marketing, social media, website optimization, and lead generation.
- Ensure all sales staff meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and sales opportunities.
- Utilize industry best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and manage online customer relationships.
- Monitor and implement competitive price strategies when relevant.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and sales activities.
- Monitor metrics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Online sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- High level of proficiency in managing multiple marketing campaigns
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of CRM and DMS software
