Rusty Drewing Automotive Group seeks a highly motivated BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, set appointments, and provide an exceptional experience for potential and existing customers. This position is key to driving traffic to our dealership and ensuring customers receive prompt and professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages to follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales department while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Respond promptly to internet inquiries and online leads using the dealership’s CRM system.
- Maintain an organized database of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct follow-ups with unsold showroom traffic and previous customers,
- Assist customers by answering questions about vehicle availability, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customers are directed to the appropriate department.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance goals, including call volume and appointment conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dealership’s reputation and increase customer retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
