Diesels & More Repair is a well-established automotive diesel repair shop known for our commitment to quality service, customer satisfaction, and automotive expertise. We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team and help continue our growth.

Job Description:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide them with a clear explanation of the services needed.

Service Recommendations: Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance.

Scheduling: Manage service appointments, ensuring that customer vehicles are serviced promptly and efficiently.

Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, repair costs, and expected completion times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive environment is preferred.

Excellent customer service.

Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with computer systems and automotive service software.
