Job Description:
An ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all levels of staff at our nationwide vendor partners. The candidate will excel at fostering strong, productive relationships with our partners while ensuring they meet SLA commitments, maintain accountability and achieve shared success.
Purpose of this role: To support Vendor Relationship Manager in all activities related to DLR50 vendor partners. Including proactive monitoring of all DLR50 vendor performance. (possibly high-level dealer performance as well)
- Dallas, TX based - remote position.
- Must have a home office with the ability to work in Dallas office - as-needed basis.
- Up to 50% of travel may be required.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Help monitor vendor SLAs, performance, and communications.
- Identify new vendor opportunities.
- Execute vendor plans based on needs from DLR50 leadership.
- Participate in operational discussions related to DLR50 vendor development.
- Analyze data regarding vendor performance and communicate results with DLR50 leadership and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve DLR50 vendor network and participate in developing plans to execute those opportunities.

- Automotive Industry experience a plus
