We are looking for a charismatic and hands-on Sales Manager to join us on the coast in North Carolina to grow our salespeople and make deals.

Hyundai and Genesis of New Bern is a family-owned dealership led by an engaged owner. We have an awesome GSM & Finance Manager, great salespeople, an in-house used car Buying Center, a 1:1 used-new ratio, excellent F&I numbers, a 30 day used car turn, 60 day new car turn, and a top-performing service department. We represent two strong brands (Hyundai & Genesis) and we are the only Genesis dealership East of Interstate 95 in NC.

We are 45 minutes from the beach, and 2 hours from Raleigh/Wilmington. We have a commercial airport located 5 minutes from the dealership with 4-8 flights a day.

Job Responsibilities

Talk to every customer
Work closely with our awesome GSM and Finance Manager to drive new & used car sales and maximize gross profits
Submit deals and rehash with banks and finance institutions
CDK and Elead experience preferred
Maintain our VERY high CSI scores
Manage and train sales people
Lead inspirational daily sales meetings
Appraise trade ins
Import experience preferred but not required
