Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our company's New Vehicle Fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office and accounting responsibilities of a multi-dealership, Ford & GM, fleet sales department with high transaction volume. Manage Fleet office staff and facilitate workflow to ensure the following accounting tasks for the Fleet Department are completed as follows:

· Stocking new units from the factory invoice

· Updating units as they are delivered to the dealership

· Billing out vehicle sales based on PO instructions

· Completion of title work for each vehicle sale

· Reporting each vehicle sale to the manufacturer

· Finalizing deals in accounting

· Instructing dealership office managers of weekly floorplan payoffs

· Registration for any maintenance or warranty products

· Follow up with customers for delivery and payment on purchased units (Vehicle A/R)

· Follow up with upfit vendors for vehicle upfits (We Owe)

· Maintain Fleet Incentive A/R schedules

· Complete Month-End reconciliations and calculations

· Ensuring all paperwork is scanned into DMS

· Track sales progression of customer orders and provide status updates to the Fleet General Sales Manager.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in dealership accounting, minimum 5 years experience

- Proficiency in CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds

- Knowledge of vendor management and negotiation skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to manage accounting schedules effectively & follow up on Customer A/R

- Clerical skills for maintaining accurate records

- Understanding of training development principles

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000
