Overview

The O’Daniel Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to oversee our collision facility. We have a single facility that serves our customers from all our brands. We are looking for a leader who has the skills to direct a dedicated team to provide the highest quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Manage all daily operations of the shop, ensuring high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services.
Supervise and train shop staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Oversee scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of services.
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; order necessary items as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the shop.
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for quality assurance and adherence to company standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Create accurate estimates and work with insurance companies to complete repairs.
Follow up on all supplemental work and ensure full payment of jobs.

Experience

Proven experience in collision repair, with a track record of high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
Experience leading a collision center team
Previous job stability

Compensation

negotiable based on experience 100K+
