Tag It Auto is a NY based tag agency. We provide multi-state DMV services for dealerships and fleet companies throughout the nation. We pride ourselves on our unmatched commitment to exceptional customer service and quick turn-around time.
We are looking for an experienced DMV/Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the vehicle title and registration process, including reviewing and completing the necessary paperwork for accuracy and conformity to specified DMV requirements for multiple states.
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, be organized, understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to tasks, as well as be responsible to provide customer service to all clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limted to the following;
- Process tag and title applications and documents.
- Maintain database records and update daily logs for DMV transactions.
- Provide customer service to clients.
- Resolving titling issues through interaction with dealers and regulatory agencies.
License/Certification:
- NYS Driver's License (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
- Must have great attention to detail
- Friendly and customer service focused
- Previous customer service and DMV/Title experience
- Must have strong communications skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
