Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for signing up new car dealerships to offer LeasePass to their customers. Your success will directly impact our growth as you build relationships with dealership leaders, communicate the unique benefits of LeasePass, and help transform the automotive sales landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Identify & Prospect: Research and connect with automotive dealerships within your territory to introduce LeasePass.
- Engage & Educate: Build strong relationships with dealership decision-makers, including General Managers and F&I Directors, to explain how LeasePass enhances customer value and boosts dealership profitability.
- Train & Maintain: Minimal dealership training is needed to start selling LeasePass. From there, simply maintain strong relationships with your dealers to continue growing LeasePass sales.
What We Offer

- Example: Sign up and manage 30 dealerships, each of which sell 10 LeasePasses per month, earn ~$30,000 per month (~$360,000 per year).

What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Must have 2+ years of automotive sales experience, either with a dealership (sales or F&I) or experience selling other F&I products to dealers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Solid network of dealers who pick up the phone when you call.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Adept at managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools.
Mindset:
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Never satisfied.
Availability:
- Willingness to meet with dealerships in person when needed.
