Growing Hi-Line Luxury Dealership is looking to add a SENIOR level talent to its organization. Looking for a dynamic leader of people, preferably former Dealer Group GM who has worked all facets of the franchise world. Currently we are a two car mega store and looking to add a third location in the next 12 months. This position will report directly and only to Ownership and will have over 50 employees to manage day one.
Overview
The Variable Sales Director will be the liaison between ownership and our dealership network, and shares accountability for the execution of companywide sales strategy related to all facets of Pre-Owned Vehicles. Acquisition, Reconditioning, Marketing, and the Sales and Finance Process will fall under this umbrella. The broader role of this position is to understand, train, oversee and track progress related to strategies tied to business goals and objectives. The more specific role includes: Helping the GSM, Sales Managers and F&I run efficient and profitable departments through productive staffing, inventory management, vehicle disposition, desking training, sales process execution, engaging customer follow up and customer retention strategies.
The Director will oversee two locations about 75 miles from one another and will require travel to both stores. Must have previous GM experience, be very savvy with pre-owned vehicles and have incredible history with F&I and how to develop a department. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST JOBS IN THE DMV. Will easily hit $360,000 with in first 12 months and can only scale up.
The right candidate will have verifiable results with a former automotive group and at least three years of W2's to demonstrate consistent growth.
