Job Overview:
As a CarCare technician, you’ll work in a stable, supportive, and rewarding environment. We have a loyal customer base and a consistent workload, ensuring job security and the chance to grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full spectrum of automotive repairs across all makes and models.
- Accurately diagnose, repair, and document suggested work.
- Complete full, precise, and honest digital courtesy inspections.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and quality.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Desire to serve customers and diagnose/repair all vehicle types.
- Ability to flag 40+ hours weekly.
- ASE Certifications are a plus; Diagnostic experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds, work on lifted vehicles, and operate tools efficiently.
- Able to stand, walk, and work at a brisk pace for most of the workday.
