Hallmark Sales – BDC Sales Agent
Hallmark Auto Group is looking for experienced Business Development Center agents to join our dynamic team! The BDC agents are responsible for answering all inbound sales phone calls and internet leads. The BDC agents’ duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. Pay: $16 per hour with bonus structure
Job Specific Duties Include:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers’ needs, provide assistance and information on product features.
- Reserve appointments and test drives for sales customers
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
