Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect businesses in need of commercial vehicles, focusing on industries such as construction, logistics, transportation, and local businesses.
- Provide expert guidance on commercial vehicle inventory, including trucks, vans, and specialty vehicles, highlighting key features, customization options, and suitable applications for business needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific vehicle requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and long-term satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, including financing options, contract negotiations, and trade-ins.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with commercial clients, ensuring repeat business, fleet expansions, and referrals.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle trends, regulations, and tax benefits related to business vehicle purchases.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as service, finance, and inventory management to ensure seamless vehicle transactions and post-sale support.
- Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance dealership visibility and generate new business leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales, fleet management, or a related field with a deep understanding of business vehicle needs and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of commercial truck and van features, vehicle upfitting, and financing options.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex vehicle solutions to business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makers.
- A customer-focused, problem-solving mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience with automotive CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
