We have created a proprietary leasing formula where our clients can obtain highly desirable vehicles with absolute flexibility and zero commitment! All of our vehicle can be returned at ANY TIME! Our vehicle subscription service is designed with that very goal in mind!
Our Fleet consists of motor-envious vehicles from Porsche, BMW, Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz and Maserati, to name a few. They have been curated to appeal to those who believe that vehicles are not merely transportation but an extension of who they are as drivers. For clients with a specific vehicle in mind, our sales department is always there to assist in the search and procure those must-haves.
In addition to our subscription business, we operate a sales department which we use to assist in moving off our lease vehicles. We are seeking a strong candidate that has a demonstrable track record of success in auto financing and/or managing a chain of auto dealerships across state lines. You must also be a thought leader with strong understanding of the luxury car industry. You must also be on top of the latest and greatest trends in social media marketing, as well as have great understanding of how to leverage technology to drive operational efficiencies. Finally, you must also be well versed in how to apply data and analytics to help a business make crucial business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational aspects of our subscription business which
includes the executives of the following business departments: consumer
credit, residual value analytics, vehicle acquisitions, sales, customer service, marketing and technology
Design, implement, and evaluate ongoing operations of the Company with
acute mind towards operational and accounting improvement
Developing and managing technology systems to help streamline operations
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics that matter to the business. Report results to CEO
Identify various levers to pull in order to help MotorEnvy scale our business nationwide
Articulate strategy and goals to employees, investors, and other stake
holders. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
Assist CEO in fund raising ventures as well as investor relations.
Participate in corporate expansion opportunities such as investments,
acquisitions, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an operations leadership role of auto finance business or chain of automobile dealerships
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business
development
Strong understanding in crucial organizational functions such as HR,
Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Technology
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
3-5 years minimum experience in leading a business department or other
organizations.
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Demonstrate clear track record of financial success in growing organizations
Proven leadership skills
Knowledge of pre-owned vehicle business is a huge plus
Impeccable integrity and tremendous work ethic
Entrepreneurial and out of the box thinker
